9 Best Partner Portal Software Options in 2026 (PRM Compared)
ByHiteshi SoniΒ· Marketer, Questera

For most companies, the best partner portal software is the one that matches how partners make you money: PartnerStack for SaaS affiliate, referral and reseller programs, Salesforce Partner Cloud if your sales team already lives in Salesforce, and Impartner, Unifyr or Channelscaler for large channel programs with tiers, incentives and co-selling. Magentrix and ZINFI stand out for publishing starting prices, and Channeltivity suits dealer and distributor networks. If your program is small and your process is specific, a custom portal built with an AI app builder like Greta.sh is a fair alternative. Prices below are as of October 2026.

A partner portal is the front door of a partner relationship management (PRM) system: partners log in to register deals, grab co-branded content, take training and see what they've earned. The portal is the easy part. The PRM behind it (deal rules, tiers, payouts, CRM sync) is what you're really buying.

How we compared

We checked what each vendor's portal and PRM covers (deal registration, training, content, payouts), how it prices (per member, per program, by partner count or by quote), whether prices are published, and the limit most likely to matter. Prices were checked on each vendor's own pricing page on October 4, 2026, and are stated as of October 2026. Where a vendor only quotes, we say so instead of estimating.

The 9 best partner portal software options

1. Salesforce Partner Cloud – for teams already on Salesforce

If deals already live in Salesforce, a portal on the same platform avoids a sync problem. On the Partner Cloud pricing page, the Partner Relationship Management edition is $25 USD per member per month, billed annually, and includes Experience Cloud, deal management and channel analytics. Partner Ecosystem Management is $50 per member per month and adds partner enablement, loyalty management and account plans. Salesforce says login-based pricing is also available for each edition.

Strengths: partners and reps work from the same records. Limits: the page's footnotes mention a Sales Cloud or CRM license requirement and an annual contract requirement, so check which applies to the edition you want.

2. PartnerStack – for SaaS partner programs

PartnerStack calls itself a modern PRM for affiliates, co-selling and other partner motions. It sells Launch, Growth and Enterprise plans, with price based on program size, features and support level and confirmed during a demo. Launch includes affiliate link tracking or lead and deal registration (you pick one), access to the PartnerStack Marketplace, partner payments, onboarding and training tools, and CRM integrations. Growth adds a learning management system, MDF management and partner incentives; Enterprise unlocks link tracking plus lead and deal registration together. PartnerStack says there's no limit on partner numbers.

Strengths: payouts and a marketplace for finding partners in the same product. Limits: no published prices, and the entry plan makes you choose between affiliate tracking and deal registration.

3. Impartner – end-to-end PRM for larger programs

Impartner describes its product as PRM 3.0, an end-to-end partner revenue management platform covering recruiting, training, content, MDF, deal registration, co-selling, CPQ and marketplace workflows. Its pricing page lists four packages (Emerge, Ignite, Pro and Enterprise) with integrations for Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365 and HubSpot, but prices are personalized on request.

Strengths: a broad lifecycle in one platform. Limits: quote-only, and more than a program with a handful of partners needs.

4. Unifyr (formerly Zift Solutions) – PRM with built-in portals

Zift Solutions rebranded as Unifyr, according to Unifyr's own press release, which says it's focused on mid-market and enterprise clients. Its partner portal offers a drag-and-drop page builder, content segmented by partner tier, region or specialization, and deal registration, MDF requests, training and content libraries inside the portal. Unifyr Activate is pitched at emerging programs. Buyers book a demo for pricing.

Strengths: portal, channel marketing and enablement under one login. Limits: no public pricing.

5. Channelscaler (formerly Allbound) – for complex channel ecosystems

Channelscaler describes itself as formerly Allbound and Channel Mechanics, combining PRM with partner program automation. Its modules cover partner portals, deal registration, co-selling, and incentives such as SPIFFs, rebates, commissions and MDF. Its pricing page quotes a fixed price per partner program for the contract term, including implementation, configuration, support and additional users. It's also sold through Microsoft Marketplace and integrates with Microsoft Dynamics 365.

Strengths: predictable cost, with no charge for additional users. Limits: quote-only, and Channelscaler says it's built for large or complex ecosystems.

6. Magentrix – published PRM prices and CRM sync

Magentrix lists Essentials from $1,500 a month and Advanced from $3,000 a month in USD, with Unlimited quoted. These are starting prices; Essentials starts with your choice of 100 partner users or 10 partner accounts with unlimited users. Magentrix says month-to-month agreements carry a 10% surcharge over annual ones. It highlights its Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics integrations, and it doesn't offer free trials (it says a paid trial may be possible on request).

Strengths: one of the few vendors in this list with prices on the page. Limits: confirm your user count and billing basis in the quote, since both change the total.

7. ZINFI – fixed tiers for programs up to 250 partners

ZINFI publishes Jump Start pricing for programs up to 250 partners. On the plan cards, Starter starts at $1,450 a month ($17,400 a year) with a $3,480 setup and configuration fee, and Professional at $2,350 a month ($28,200 a year) with a $5,640 setup fee; all prices are billed annually. Enterprise is custom, with setup at 20% of the first-year price. The comparison table further down the same page lists higher monthly figures, so confirm the number in writing.

Strengths: published, fixed-tier pricing. Limits: setup fees on top, and an inconsistency on its own pricing page.

8. Channeltivity – for dealer and distributor networks

Channeltivity sells to dealer, distributor and partner networks, with Growth, Mid-Market and Enterprise tiers described by program size (around 100 partners, hundreds, or thousands). It says partner programs don't fit seat-based pricing, so every plan is quoted. Its Enterprise tier is aimed at stacks that include SAP, NetSuite, Salesforce, HubSpot or Dynamics 365.

Strengths: clear about who each tier is for. Limits: no published prices.

9. Greta.sh – build a custom partner portal

A small program (say, a few dozen resellers or agencies) often needs a login, a deal registration form with an approval step, a status view and a shared folder of assets. Greta.sh is an AI app builder that generates a full-stack app (frontend, backend, database, authentication and deployment) from a plain-English description, with code you can export as Next.js.

On Greta.sh pricing, the free plan gives 5 credits a day to prototype. Starter is $5 a month on the welcome offer (normally $20 a month) with deployment and custom domains; the Database feature and team management are on Pro, $20 a month on the welcome offer (normally $50 a month).

Strengths: the portal follows your process, at a SaaS-subscription price. Limits: you build and maintain it, and there are no prebuilt PRM features such as partner payouts, MDF workflows, a partner marketplace or CRM connectors.

Partner portal, PRM or account mapping?

Three categories get lumped together under "partner software":

  • Partner portal: the partner-facing site. Vendors such as Unifyr, Channelscaler, Magentrix and Salesforce (through Experience Cloud) sell it as part of their PRM.
  • PRM: the system behind the portal: deal registration rules, tiers, training, incentives and payouts.
  • Account mapping: tools like Crossbeam that compare your CRM with partners' to find overlapping accounts. Crossbeam merged with Reveal, and the combined company kept the Crossbeam name (merger announcement). Its Free plan is $0 with up to 3 full-access seats, and Connector is $4,800 a year with one seat included. It complements a portal rather than replacing one.

How to choose

  1. Count partners and deals, not ambitions. A few dozen partners with one deal type may not need tiering, MDF or payout automation yet. Thousands of partners across tiers and regions is PRM territory.
  2. Start from your CRM. Deal registration is only useful if registered deals land in the CRM your reps use. Check the native integration in a demo.
  3. Decide how partners get paid. Affiliate commissions, reseller margins, rebates and MDF are different workflows. PartnerStack includes partner payments from its entry plan; Channelscaler has modules for rebates, SPIFFs and commissions; a custom build means building that logic yourself.
  4. Price the whole contract. Setup fees (ZINFI), monthly surcharges (Magentrix) and per-member fees (Salesforce) change the real cost.

If your external users are clients rather than partners, compare client portal software; if they're suppliers, see vendor portal software. Picking a CRM first? Start with the best CRM for small business. For portals inside the company, see employee portal software, and for the partner agreements themselves, contract management software.

Frequently asked questions

What is partner portal software?

It's a secure site where resellers, referral partners and other channel partners log in to register deals, access content and training, and track what they've earned. It's usually the front end of a PRM system.

What's the difference between a partner portal and PRM?

The portal is what partners see. PRM is the whole system behind it, including deal registration rules, tiers, incentives and payouts, which is why vendors such as Impartner, Unifyr and Channelscaler sell the two together.

How much does partner portal software cost?

Salesforce's PRM edition is $25 per member per month billed annually, Magentrix starts at $1,500 a month, and ZINFI's Starter starts at $1,450 a month billed annually plus setup. PartnerStack, Impartner, Unifyr, Channelscaler and Channeltivity quote each program.

Is Crossbeam a partner portal?

No. Crossbeam is an account mapping platform that shows where your accounts overlap with partners' accounts, and it merged with Reveal. It has a free plan and works alongside a partner portal.

Can I build a partner portal myself?

Yes, for a small program with a simple deal flow. An AI app builder like Greta.sh can generate the logins, forms, database and admin view, but payouts, MDF and CRM sync are yours to build and maintain.

Buy the program, build the exception

If partners are a major revenue line, buy a PRM and let it run the program. If you have a handful of partners and a process nobody sells, a custom portal is cheaper to start and easier to change. Revisit the decision when the partner count, not the hype, says it's time.
