When you use Greta, your prompts and inputs may be processed by these external models to generate results. Greta acts solely as a facilitator and connector — we do not train, modify, or retain ownership of any generated content.

You retain full ownership of the code, designs, or other materials generated using Greta. Questera does not claim any intellectual property rights over your inputs or outputs and will never pursue any claim regarding how you use generated content.

Prompt and output data are processed only for the duration necessary to provide the requested generation and may be logged for technical troubleshooting or abuse prevention. They are not shared with third parties for marketing or model training.

5. Payment and Credit Usage Data

When you use Greta, certain actions (such as generating code or content) may consume credits. Because each generation involves costs to third-party AI infrastructure, usage data is tracked to monitor credit balance and service access.

Billing and payment information are processed securely through compliant third-party payment processors. We do not store your full payment details on our servers.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to:

• maintain your account,
• comply with legal obligations, or
• resolve disputes and enforce agreements.
