Terms and Conditions

1. Nature of the Service

Greta is an AI-assisted vibe coding platform that enables users to generate software components and ideas through integrations with third-party AI models (including, but not limited to, OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Gemini, DeepSeek, and others).

We act solely as a facilitation platform — connecting you to these external AI services. Greta itself does not create, author, or verify the outputs produced.

All results depend entirely on:

• the prompts and context you provide;
• the response behavior and limitations of third-party AI models; and
• the infrastructure availability of those external services.

Because AI-based systems are probabilistic and non-deterministic, outcomes may vary and are not guaranteed to meet any particular expectation or purpose.

2. Use of the Service

Each time you generate content, code, or design via Greta, one or more API calls are made to third-party AI providers, which incur computational and processing costs.
You acknowledge and agree that:

• Each generation consumes paid model usage or credits.
• Credits are deducted immediately upon processing the request, whether or not the output meets your expectations.
• Once a request is executed, the underlying compute cost is incurred and is non-reversible.

We may, at our sole discretion, issue goodwill credits or partial refunds in exceptional cases, but this is entirely voluntary and not an entitlement or ongoing obligation.

3. Experimental Nature and No Guarantee

Greta is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis for creative and experimental use.
We make no representations or warranties of any kind — express or implied — regarding

• the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated results;
• suitability of outputs for commercial or production use;
• uninterrupted access, compatibility, or availability of the Service or connected AI providers.

You acknowledge that outputs generated through AI models are inherently unpredictable, context-sensitive, and may contain errors or biases, and that Greta and Questera bear no responsibility for their interpretation, application, or consequences.

4. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for:

• the prompts, data, and instructions you provide;
• reviewing, validating, and testing all generated results;
• ensuring compliance with applicable laws and third-party AI provider terms;
• determining whether outputs are fit for your intended purpose.

You agree not to rely solely on Greta or its outputs for business-critical or regulated applications without independent human review.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Questera, Inc., its affiliates, and their employees or partners shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or claim — direct or indirect — arising out of your use of Greta, including but not limited to:

• any inaccuracies, omissions, or errors in generated content;
• any interruptions, service failures, or delays;
• any loss of business, profit, or data;
• any disputes, complaints, or expectations of guaranteed performance.

Your exclusive remedy for dissatisfaction with the Service is to discontinue use.

6. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the Greta platform itself — including its software, infrastructure, branding, user interface, and documentation — remain the exclusive property of Questera, Inc. or its licensors.

However, any code, content, or assets generated by you through Greta using your prompts and interactions with AI models are yours to use freely.
You may use, modify, commercialize, distribute, or publish the generated code or content in any manner you choose.

Greta and Questera make no ownership claim over user-generated outputs and will never assert rights or pursue legal action regarding how such outputs are used.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the generated content complies with applicable laws and the terms of any third-party AI model provider.

7. Refunds and Credits

All usage of AI models constitutes consumption of paid resources. As such, all credit usage is final once processing begins.
Refunds are not guaranteed and may only be considered at our discretion as a goodwill measure. Use of the Service itself constitutes full acceptance of this condition.

8. Account Transfer Policy

To prevent misuse such as account selling and to ensure proper ownership of user data, Greta has account transfer policies in place. These policies help maintain account security and platform integrity.

• Account transfers are permitted only in limited circumstances and may be approved at the sole discretion of Questera.
• Accounts created using a work email may be transferred to a personal email only if the user no longer has access to the work email.
• Personal email to work email transfers are not allowed.
• Accounts cannot be transferred, sold, shared, or reassigned between different individuals, companies, or organizations.
• Accounts with a large number of chats may not be eligible for transfer due to technical complexity.
• Questera reserves the right to deny any transfer request if account ownership cannot be verified or if the request violates platform policies.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.
You agree that any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms will be resolved exclusively in the competent courts located in Delaware, USA.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or update these Terms and the Service at any time. Your continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
