A Launch Video Without a Motion Designer
You shipped the project. Now you need the thirty-second clip that makes people click — and that usually means a motion designer, a template that looks like everyone else's, or an evening in an editor you don't know.
Brag is a free Claude Code skill that does it from one command. Run /brag in your project and it reads your codebase and your site, picks the moments worth showing, and renders a short launch video — motion, music and captions — matched to your real branding rather than a stock template.
What You Get
A brag-output/ folder containing the video plan, ready-to-post share copy, and the rendered MP4 — a short, roughly twenty-second social launch clip. Steer it with --tone to set the vibe, or --voice to add narration.
What It Runs On
Install it as a Claude Code plugin from its own marketplace, then call /brag inside any project. The motion, timing and rendering are handled by HyperFrames, HeyGen's open-source HTML-to-video engine — which is why the classic mode needs the HyperFrames CLI available.
Both Brag and HyperFrames are free and open source.
