A 30-Second Video Shouldn't Require a 2-Hour Editing Session
How to turn raw clips into finished videos — without spending your entire evening editing. Your goal isn't to get faster at repetitive editing. It's to remove as much of it as possible.
The Workflow
Record for the edit: shoot in sections — hook, points, CTA — with small pauses between them so cuts and rearrangement are easy later. Cut the boring stuff before adding any effects. Add captions that are short, large and easy to read, plus B-roll that shows whatever you just mentioned. Then polish last: zooms, music, sound effects and transitions only after the video already works.
