Stop Building Agents From Scratch
Every time you ask a generalist model to "act as a senior security auditor" or "be a growth marketer," you're re-prompting a persona from nothing. The Agency is a free roster of more than 230 of them, already written — each with a defined role, workflow and area of expertise rather than a one-line reskin.
Organized Like an Actual Agency
The agents are grouped into roughly eighteen divisions — engineering, design, AI/ML, DevOps, security, marketing, sales, finance, game development and more. You pick the specialist that fits the task, a front-end developer or a security auditor or a copywriter, and it takes over with its own playbook.
Drop Them Into Your Tools
They're native Markdown files for Claude Code, landing in ~/.claude/agents/, and the repo ships install and conversion scripts for Cursor, Codex, Gemini and others. You don't have to take all 230: the installer lets you choose a tool and just the divisions you want, such as --division engineering, security.
Worth Saying
This is a community-built collection, and with more than 230 agents the quality is uneven — the guide says as much. Treat it as a well-stocked bench to pick from: install the handful you'll actually use, read them, and keep the ones that earn their place.
What's in the Guide
What's in the roster, how the divisions are laid out, the install command, how to call an agent once it's installed, and a direct link to the repo.
