You Don't Need a Revolutionary Idea
You need a problem people already have, the smallest useful thing that solves it, and evidence that anyone wants it. Everything else is decoration.
This playbook is fifty real, buildable products across eight categories — productivity and workflow, service businesses, marketplaces and directories, creator tools, health and wellness, finance, education, and local community apps. None of them are moonshots. All of them are things somebody is currently doing badly in a spreadsheet.
More Than a List
Picking an idea is the easy half. The guide also walks the five-minute validation pass you run before writing any code: who specifically has this problem, whether it hurts enough that they'd search for a fix, how they solve it today, whether they already pay for something worse, and whether three features can cover version one.
Then a one-page spec template to fill in — app, user, problem, outcome, input, output, three core features, and an explicit list of what you're not building yet.
What's in the Guide
All fifty ideas with a one-line brief each, the validation questions, the spec sheet, and a copy-paste build prompt you fill from your spec and drop straight into an AI builder. Plus the toolkit — Greta.sh, ChatGPT, Claude, Supabase, Stripe, n8n, Figma and PostHog — and the loop that ties it together: find a real problem, pick a specific user, validate, define three features, build, ship to real users, collect feedback, improve.
The full playbook is in the PDF.
