If you need help while using Greta, there are multiple ways to reach out to our support team for quick and personalized assistance:
1. Chat with Questera on the Help Hub
You can find it in the bottom right of the landing page.You can send a message on our Help Hub Chat, where our AI assistant, Questera, will guide you instantly.
